Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to spearhead our recruitment efforts in Taiwan and Hong Kong. This pioneering in-house role is crucial to Sanofi's strategic growth in the region. Based in Taipei, you will have full responsibility for supporting business growth, people, and culture across our operations in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership:
· Collaborate with key regional stakeholders across Sanofi's three Global Business Units (GBUs) and functional leadership teams.
· Partner with Hiring Managers to design, implement, and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with Sanofi's North Star Strategy and "Take the Lead" culture.
2. End-to-End Recruitment:
· Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from setting search strategies to executing metric-driven assignments.
· Deliver best-in-class relationship management with candidates, internal/external clients, partners/RPO, and vendors.
3. Talent Pipeline Development:
· Generate a diverse pipeline of highly qualified candidates for both markets.
· Build and maintain strong university relations in the region.
· Utilize innovative and aggressive recruitment methods to deliver exceptional, diverse candidate pools.
4. Market Intelligence:
· Provide weekly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, including market feedback and insights.
· Participate in industry events to amplify Sanofi's presence in the marketplace.
5. Diversity and Inclusion:
· Design and manage strategic recruitment projects related to diversity.
· Ensure diverse candidate slates for each position.
6. Consultative Approach and Performance Metrics:
· Drive success in key staffing metrics, including Time to Fill, Diversity, Source of Hire, Hiring Manager satisfaction, recruitment compliance and Cost Per Hire.
· Provide counsel on candidate assessment, selection, and offer recommendations.
· Proactively identify recruitment challenges and provide timely solutions, no matter for BAU and for campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of professional recruitment experience or relevant transferrable skills and originally from Taiwan, preferable with other market working experience, for example, mainland China
Experience in life sciences, pharma, or biotechnology industries within a multinational organization.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday experience is a plus).
Expertise in various recruiting methodologies, including sourcing, LinkedIn, job boards (JobsDB, Taiwan104), and professional networking.
Experience in early career recruitment, employer branding, and talent mapping.
Strong project management, business acumen and stakeholder facilitation skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both speaking and writing); Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
Experience with RPO management, contingency or retained search firms are advantageous.
