About the Job

As a Medical Representative, you will play a key role in building trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and driving the success of Sanofi’s portfolio in your assigned territory. Your work will directly support patients’ access to innovative therapies by ensuring healthcare professionals are well-informed and engaged.

Main Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives through effective territory planning and execution

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals

• Promote and detail Sanofi products to target audiences in line with the marketing plan

• Ensure optimal coverage and visit frequency of target customers

• Monitor competitor activity, gather market intelligence, and share insights with the team

• Analyze territory sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans

• Support public relations events and scientific activities within your territory

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of field activities in Sanofi systems

• Comply with all corporate policies, HSE standards, and ethical guidelines in every interaction

About You

• Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy

• Experience in pharmaceutical sales or customer engagement (field experience preferred)

• Knowledge of healthcare environment, pharmaceutical products, and customer needs

• Strong communication and influencing skills

• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action

• Proficiency in English or French is an advantage

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, reporting tools)
