Sanofi Business Operations is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. Sanofi Business Operations strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, globally.

This position is part of the Service Excellence, a transversal organization into Sanofi Business Operations. Service Excellence focus is to seamlessly connect Sanofi employees and third parties with the support teams and resolve their queries, driving customer centricity and user experience.

The Analyst primarily functions in a back-office capacity, providing operational support to maintain effective service management practices. This role focuses on day-to-day data analysis, performance monitoring, and quality checks, with occasional interactions with service lines as needed to support service management objectives and gather necessary information.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Reporting

  • Collect and organize service performance data from various sources

  • Prepare standard reports on service metrics

  • Support data quality checks and data analysis

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct routine quality checks on service delivery

  • Document quality issues

  • Support the implementation of corrective actions

Support and Training

  • Assist in developing training materials and job aids

  • Assist in delivering training sessions on service management practices

  • Support more senior roles in the organization

Team Support

  • Support more senior Analyst roles in the organization

About you

Experience and skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in service management, customer support, or related fields

  • Experience in a global, cross-functional environment preferred

  • Experience in a business domain preferred

  • Good communication skills with ability to follow instructions

  • Team player with willingness to learn and support others

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Customer service orientation

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

  • Data collection and organization skills

  • Familiarity with standard office applications (MS Office)

  • Basic understanding of service management concepts

  • Ability to learn and use service management tools

  • Documentation skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages:

  • Fluent in English
