The position is in the Digital Delivery & Operations (DD&O) organization, part of Business Operations

The Product & Service Owner plays a dual role in managing Global Security digital products, particularly Site Protection Systems, while ensuring seamless service delivery of Site Protection systems. This position serves as the critical bridge between Digital and Sanofi Corporate Security teams

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

  • Digital Product Leadership: Act as the dedicated Product Owner for Global Security digital products, with primary focus on Site Protection Systems

  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure strong connection and collaboration between Digital and Sanofi Corporate Security teams. Interact and align strategy, activities and priorities with the Digital Product Line Owner of Corporate Affairs and Global Security

  • Standardization Leadership: Drive standardization of Site Protection systems and processes across Sanofi's global facilities. Ensure alignment with global security standards and best practices. Promote the adoption of standardized solutions to reduce complexity and operational costs

Service Management

  • Service Oversight: Own the service delivery of applications within Global Security/Access Control systems

  • Incident Management: Ensure applications operate without disruption and maintain service stability

  • Vendor Management: Monitor and enforce vendor SLA compliance for all Physical Security applications

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on service metrics and KPIs

  • Obsolescence Avoidance: Proactively identify aging systems and technologies approaching end-of-life or support. Develop and maintain a technology refresh roadmap to prevent security system obsolescence. Coordinate timely upgrades and migrations to prevent operational disruptions

Financial Management

  • Budget Planning: Develop and manage annual budgets for Global Security digital products and services

  • Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising security or service quality

  • ROI Analysis: Conduct return on investment analysis for new security technologies and system upgrades

  • Investment Proposals: Collaborate in the development of business cases for new investments in security technologies

Business Capability Support

  • Scope Extension: Manage additional applications within the Manage Security Business Capability as needed

  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective relationships with security teams, vendors, and other stakeholders. Support the Product Line Owner of Corporate Affairs and Global Security to coordinate governance meetings to ensure priorities alignment

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

  • 5+ years experience in Digital product or Service management

  • Experience with vendor management and SLA monitoring

  • Knowledge of IT service management principles and practices

Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of security systems and Access Control systems like AEOS, Prowatch and Genetec

  • Service Management: ITIL knowledge and service delivery experience

  • Leadership: Ability to drive decisions and influence stakeholders

  • Collaboration: Ability to partner with business and other Digital teams to establish reliable collaboration & networking

  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Business Acumen: Understanding of corporate security needs and requirements

  • English fluent written & spoken
