Thus, as we enter the next phase, modernization of Sanofi is required as per the recent announcements on DRIVE, and in this respect, we are in the beginning stages of organizing the Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) team at global level.

The GTMC organization will help us to drive best-in-class capabilities across the board and bring value and excellence in our commercial operations. This move is a key part of the aimed modernization of Sanofi and will allow us to focus on our priorities across our products, market and pipeline through the reallocation of resources and realizing the efficiencies of removing silos that exist between our business units, avoiding the duplication and overlapping of resources, standardizing our processes and tools, operating with a One Sanofi approach to accelerate our key capabilities development, and fostering the entrepreneurial spirit by speeding up the decision making.

As part of GTMC, vision of the Omnichannel pillar is the definition of Sanofi-wide best-in-class Omnichannel engagement strategy, including development of standards & best practices across markets and brand teams, as well as executional planning and support of local Omnichannel approaches (including change management). GTMC will also collaborate closely with Digital to provide consistent tools.

As HUB Operations Lead – Omnichannel you will liaison with Content Operations, Capabilities & Operations, HCP Campaign Operations, Web and Social Media Operations Global/Hub teams and partner with MCOs. You will assist the Head of Omnichannel, Launch and Marketing Excellence Capabilities Hub for planning and making data-driven business recommendations, and creating insightful presentations.

Purpose:

The HUB Operations Lead plays a critical role to coordinate and drive the execution of key strategic and tactical programs for the HUB Omnichannel team, in close coordination with Global Operational Excellence team and inter-pillar collaboration with I&A and CFC, and transversal collaboration with Commercial Excellence teams. He/she oversees & optimize the day-to-day operations of the HUB team to ensure efficiency, productivity & alignment with strategic & operational goals.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: oversee day-to-day operations & key projects, ensuring efficient processes, resource allocation & performance optimization. Coordinate and manage initiatives launched by Global Operational Excellence Team to help ensure strong collaboration, alignment, and information sharing

  • Cross-functional collaboration: partner with other GTMC teams to implement omnichannel projects & operations

  • Performance management: implement operations KPIs & monitor / govern the performance in close conjunction with the framework set by Global Operational Excellence

  • Governance: prepare & coordinate key reviews & meetings, management reports & operational elements. Lead operational planning & execution of core internal leadership team meetings, off-sites…

  • Hub transition: support the definition & implementation of hub transition plan (inc. activity mapping, change management)

  • Budget tracking: ensure all budget allocations & reporting are reviewed for accuracy, in collaboration with Finance. Coordinate budget exercises for the HUB team.

About you

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Project management, GCC environment, consulting or related field

  • Proven track record in developing & executing strategies & operations including supporting change management initiatives

  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, technologies & customer experience principles

  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making with the ability to understand, simplify and communicate effectively with others

  • Thrive in fast-paced engagements and experienced in matrix driven project teams/organizations

  • Communication, change management & stakeholder management abilities

  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
