To lead and execute effective brand strategies for the assigned hematology/oncology products, including new product or indication launches, while managing existing portfolio performance. The role aims to drive sustainable business growth through impactful marketing programs and cross-functional collaboration.
Main responsibilities
Develop and implement high-quality, high-impact brand marketing plans tailored to local market needs and clinical practices.
Lead launch planning and execution for new products or indications in hematology.
Manage existing product sales and drive portfolio growth.
Collaborate with sales, medical, regulatory, market access and supply teams to ensure launch readiness and commercial success.
Coordinate promotional and educational activities, including PR, symposia, and communications with medical societies.
Monitor A&P expenses and ensure alignment with financial records.
Prepare annual sales forecasts, budgets, and business targets; support sales teams to achieve objectives.
Work with Sales Manager on territory alignment and target setting to maximize market potential.
Maintain regular contact with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to support brand positioning and secure reimbursement.
Ensure sales training materials are updated and aligned with product positioning and key messages.
About you
Bachelor’s degree in Science.
Minimum 3–5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, preferably in hematology/oncology.
Proven ability to formulate and implement marketing plans independently.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
