Job Title: Director, Operations

Location: Cambridge, MA

Reporting into the Head of Strategy and Operations, you will be part of a team tasked with fulfilling annual operational business responsibilities, setting and executing strategy, while also orchestrating key projects and events aimed at amplifying the impact of the Head of North America Specialty Care and the North American Leadership

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the detailed planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring deliverables are developed, aligned, and executed effectively across functions.

  • Drive process improvement by identifying and implementing people/process/technology-enabled efficiencies while championing the organization’s values and ambition to Take the Lead.

  • Partner with senior leaders, including Finance and People & Culture, to address management priorities and business needs.

  • Oversee compliance workstreams, including audits, training, surveys, and other administrative and team management processes

  • Shape and facilitate leadership meetings that advance strategic priorities, organizational alignment, and change management outcomes, including coordinating agenda and content development.

  • Embed company values and cultural initiatives into day-to-day operations, leveraging tools and processes that reinforce desired culture

  • Optimize meeting structures, content, coordination, and follow-through to drive clarity and impact.

About You

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MHA) is a plus.

  • 15+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of delivering high-impact initiatives and advising senior leaders

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design, structure, and lead projects with project, program and product frameworks

  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and listening

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to generate insights, drive innovation, and collaborate effectively within a global matrixed team

The salary range for this position is:

$172,500.00 - $249,166.66

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
