About the role

Are you passionate about respiratory health and driven by science-backed solutions? Sanofi is seeking an Asthma Account Executive to join our high-performing, purpose driven team in Melbourne West & Western Victoria. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our respiratory portfolio, including Dupixent, across respiratory specialists in the public & private setting in the western region of Victoria.

You’ll be responsible for exceeding sales targets while forging trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and aligning clinical solutions with our company’s commitment to chasing the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically identify and prioritise high-impact healthcare professionals and stakeholders who shape prescribing behaviours, leveraging data-driven insights to guide engagement plans

  • Accelerate sales growth through meaningful, value-led interactions that support informed clinical decisions and align with therapeutic goals

  • Lead insightful, needs-based conversations—both in-person and virtually—to uncover treatment trends, customer priorities, and emerging opportunities

  • Customise engagement approaches by integrating customer preferences, communication styles, and compliant promotional materials for maximum relevance

  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with Respiratory Physicians, Immunologists & Nurses, driving collaborative initiatives

About You

Essential Experience & Skills

  • At least 2-3 years in Hospital Sales or Specialist Representative role.

  • Proven success in respiratory or biologics sales.

  • Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to challenge respectfully.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Demonstrated success in executing Omnichannel solutions

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy, Science, Nursing, Business, Marketing or Education.

  • Completion of Medicines Australia CEP.

  • Full Driver Licence.

Desirable

  • Experience in hospital environments and biologics (e.g., rheumatology, allergy).

  • Scientific or allied health background with the ability to translate complex science into meaningful conversations.
