Main responsibilities:
Develop and deliver annual training programs in compliance with GMP and company standards
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored plans
Design and update training materials with subject matter experts
Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees
Monitor training completion and assess effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
Support regulatory inspections by presenting training records and processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in training content and delivery
Key involvement in Decision Making process:
Establish and prioritize training objectives for the site
Advise department heads on training needs
Decide on training content and delivery methods
Advise on improvements based on training evaluations
Advise on continuous improvement initiatives
About you
To excel in this role, you will need to have:
An ongoing degree, ideally in one of the following fields: Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Industrial Pharmacy, Microbiology, or Biochemistry with a pharmaceutical focus
Strong project execution skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
The ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment
