About the Job

• Main accountabilities
• Accountable for value creation, business continuity and execution of the digital portfolio in M&S site
• Responsible for all Digital services delivered to the site including digital infrastructure (WAN/LAN, Desktop, local servers), global and local Digital application support (Manufacturing ERP, Shopfloor solutions, LIMS, AI/GenAI), Compliance and Cybersecurity
• Drive digital operational excellence and continuous improvement for all Digital services delivered to the site
• Work closely with Business area senior leaders across different digital M&S product lines, Digital Tech, Services and Experts to identify customer needs, prioritize features and develop program vision and roadmap
• Participate in budget cycle and Strategic Plan/LRP for the site

About you

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree required
• M.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, System Analysis, Engineering or similar areas preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly with high degree of empathy
• Expertise at managing senior, cross-functional relationships and growing collaborative partnerships
• Excellent communication skills to define and communicate coherent vision and purpose
• Ability to distill complex issues into clear and actionable recommendations
• Demonstrated experience as a leader with ability to attract, recruit, and develop talent
• Ability to lead in a dynamic environment of change, challenge, and multiple priorities
• Strategic thinker with track record of delivering results and exceeding goals
