iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Stakeholder Engagement Advisor VIE within our Medical team, you will focus on optimization of stakeholders’ engagements for key Global medical immunology pipeline team events and top key opinion leader individual engagement plan. You will partner with Global Medical Leads to operationalized stakeholder engagement strategy, key performic indicator (KPI) and reporting, and will work cross-functionally, contributing to efficient and optimized strategies globally. Main responsibilities:

  • Assist/support the stakeholder engagement strategy, metrics, and in contributing to selected global events operational execution.
  • Assist in developing & reviewing medical and scientific stakeholder engagement materials for Sanofi immunology pipeline franchises.
  • Set up and foster co-operations with external medical experts, network activities.
  • Liaise, advise, and support local Medical affiliates team on Stakeholder Engagement strategies and key selected deliverables.
  • Preparation and presentation of scientific/Medical strategy plan.
  • Internal Leader Engagement: Coordinate internal leader engagement initiatives to enhance communication, collaboration, and decision-making processes within the organization.
  • Co-operate with other functions (Global) and cross-functionally.

About you

Experience:

  • 3 years of previous experience (which could be internship or apprenticeship) in a similar position, preferably within consulting or pharma industry.
  • Demonstrated project management experience is a must.

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Exceptional entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Driven by curiosity and thoughtful risk taking.
  • Prior external stakeholder engagement experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge in immunology, dermatology, gastroenterology, or respiratory is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill.

Education:

  • Master’s degree in scientific field related to the position.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
