Job Title: Capabilities & Change Management Lead - SILC

About the Job

To enable the effective execution of the ONE Sanofi Launch foundation, this role is focused on upskilling the Sanofi organization – launch and brand teams - by identifying key commercialization capability gaps, designing tailored learning journeys and profiles and ensuring enterprise-wide adoption. You will report directly to the Sanofi Integrated Launch Capabilities lead and will work in collaboration with Learning & Development (L&D) to ensure they design and deployment of the capability building and upskilling program.

Main Responsibilities:

Design launch learning programs to upskill the organization: Identify commercialization and launch capability gaps in the organization today to design and implement scalable upskilling programs that integrate digital capabilities and resources from SILC

  • You will identify capability gaps across teams and collaborate with L&D to tailor learning journeys to address these gaps, ensuring alignment with the ONE Sanofi Launch foundation and overall business objectives

  • You will work with relevant partners to design and implement foundational learning programs that integrate the SILC digital capabilities, resources, and playbooks into the training, ensuring teams are prepared to utilize these tools effectively during product launches

  • You will define key learning profiles and capabilities for different functions, ensuring consistency across all teams involved in the commercialization and launch process

  • You will ensure that critical processes, including launch and brand planning, are designed and aligned with overarching business strategies and therapeutic area plans for launch

Implement scalable learning: Create a rollout plan for targeted upskilling and ensure overall adoption of these scalable programs within the organization.

  • You will create simplified launch training processes and integrate learning initiatives into existing systems to drive efficiency

  • You will create a scalable adoption plan for the roll-out plan including KPIs to monitor progress on upskilling

  • You will help adapt and constantly refresh the learning programs as needed, ensuring they stay relevant to evolving business needs, are scalable across various global teams, and can be tailored to fit different launch journeys

Collaboration with internal cross-functional partners and external vendors: Collaborate with Sanofi ecosystem and external vendor partners to create learning journeys aligned with the ONE Sanofi Launch foundation for effective execution.

  • You will collaborate with Sanofi ecosystem to assess current capability gaps and develop targeted upskilling plans aligned with the commercialization and launch strategy.

  • You will work with the SILC organization to inform learning journeys and upskilling plan to drive launch and commercialization excellence

  • You will work with external vendor partners to help launch the launch upskilling programs within SILC and the rest of the organization

About You

  • You have extensive experience in capabilities & change management with a strong background in upskilling organizations through digital solutions

  • You have a solid understanding of digital learning platforms and resources and experience implementing them

  • You have expertise in upskilling capabilities and profiles that align with organizational goals

  • You have led cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with teams in brand strategy, commercialization, and operational functions

  • You have a proven ability to design and launch large-scale change management programs

  • You are highly experienced in working with digital tools and platforms to enhance learning and development strategies

  • You have experience in the US market– particularly in specialty launches

  • You are skilled in identifying and addressing critical capability gaps to drive performance and alignment across teams

  • You have strong project management and process design skills, with the ability to integrate learning strategies with broader organizational goals

  • You are a role model of Take the Lead behaviors

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required. MBA/Advanced Degree is desirable.

  • Fluent English: speaking one or several languages is a plus

The salary range for this position is:

$180,000.00 - $260,000.00
