Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for patient solution initiatives implementation

• • Deep understanding on HCM patient pain points, identify the opportunities throughout the journey

  • Lead patient solution initiatives implementation

  • Co-create patient scalable solutions with cross-functional team

• Responsible for patient initiatives (e.g. commercial health insurance program, patient support program) management and tracking

• • KPIs setting and tracking

  • Project and content design

  • Initiate project execution including internal process, communicate with vendors and x-functional team to ensure execution

  • Ensure compliance and budget control

  • Co-create patient scalable solutions with cross-functional team
