As the People Service Specialist International Permanent Moves, you will act as key point of contact for employees within your scope, guiding them through their international mobility journey in alignment with Sanofi’s International Permanent Resident policy and related guidelines. In your role, you will provide expert support across wide range of topics, including relocation services, immigration, international mobility packages and corporate policy application.

Main responsibilities:

Operational:

  • Coordinate and monitor the E2E (end to end) international permanent move (IPM) activities in the defined geographies, acting as the project manager responsible for the entire process

  • Pilot actively the relationship with a wide range of stakeholders (employee, People & Culture and People Services in home and host countries, global relocation and tax support vendors, company legal representatives)

  • Monitor, track and document the full lifecycle of each international permanent move cases in AssignmentPro, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records at every stage of the process

  • Identify, address, escalate operational issues/gaps to ensure timely and effective resolution

  • Ensure compliance with Sanofi International Permanent Moves policy, the International Mobility Global Operating Model as well as all related sub-processes while providing Level 2 support for this process when applicable, and manage direct queries from employees in ServiceNow

  • Contribute to projects related to IPM, supporting continuous improvement and enhancements

  • Maintain a strong focus on employee experience, ensuring that each move is not only compliant to the end-to-end process and the Global Operating Model, but also supportive and positive for the employee

Continuous improvement:

  • Support the identification of issues in International Permanent Moves day-to-day process, help analyze root causes and contribute to proposing improvement actions meanwhile actively participate in operational working sessions and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team

About you

Experience:

  • First hands on experience in a HR Services role preferably in an international multicultural environment

  • Some experience or exposure to global mobility management (advantageous)

Soft skills:

  • Self-motivated & result-driven, with a strong ambition and commitment to delivering high quality services

  • Strong customer centricity & ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner

  • Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with HR front line teams with an end-to-end mindset

  • Organized and structured to efficiently manage priorities and workflow

  • Attentive to detail and works with precision

  • Broad understanding on HR processes (advantageous)

  • Awareness of data privacy rules (GDPR) and commitment to maintaining confidentiality

  • Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills, with a willingness to learn and develop further

  • Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g. Workday & ServiceNow (advantageous), AssignmentPro

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel (essential)

Education:

  • Graduate or Master’s degree with HR / business administration or equivalent previous experience

Languages:

  • Strong English language knowledge (min. B2-C1) is a must & knowledge of other European language is welcome
