As a Senior RWE Data Analyst within our team at Hyderabad, you will incorporate diverse data including real world evidence in clinical development decision-making to generate enhanced insights and lead to better-informed clinical development plans.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring effective RWE project execution plan and timelines

• Create document and report project activities and define system requirements and dependencies with other projects

• Ensure access modalities to fit-for-purpose datasets, in collaboration with relevant Sanofi stakeholders

About you

• Experience:

• • 2+ years of Real Word/Clinical project experience in industry required.

  • Experience in RWE generation

  • Successful experience working in a global and matrixed environment.

  • Soft and technical skills:

• • Well-developed conceptual thinking skills with capability to access internal and external resources

  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate externally and internally with key customers and stakeholders.

  • Innovative mindset

  • Understanding of RWD weaknesses and strengths, data analytics and statistics.

  • Being autonomous to code and to perform epidemiology analysis and basic descriptive analysis

  • Good in at least one programming skill, eg. Python, R, SAS etc.

• Education: Master: PhD in Health Sciences with quantitative background

• Languages: Oral and written fluency in English.
