Main responsibilities:

• Orchestrate Leadership Team meetings with engaging approaches, driving the agenda and governance focused on strategic priorities
• Lead the organization of strategic meetings (Extended LT meetings, offsites, country visits, etc)
• Lead or co-lead transformational projects within the BU and across the organization
• Drive business planning, team operations and analytics
• Be a connector with global and regional teams
• Bring data-driven insights to accelerate growth and launch performance
• Partner with the GM and Leadership Team to prioritize game-changing initiatives and implement innovative ways of working

About you

Experience: Background in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Finance

Soft and technical skills:

• Agile mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity, think creatively, and learn fast
• Strong interest in digital transformation and AI
• Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives
• Talent for influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Continuous learner who actively seeks feedback and improvement

Languages: Full fluency in Spanish and English
