Job Purpose

Program Context

As part of the Global Logistics Transformation journey, you will support the standardization and optimization of transportation processes & activities. You will contribute to improving visibility of shipment and help enable intelligent decision-making in our logistics operations.

Overview

Support a Global Logistics Transformation Project in Transportation. You will assist in the implementation of the new Transportation Core Model and contribute to the Control Tower project, while learning about the setup of the New Organization.

Key Accountabilities

• Support in gathering and documenting business requirements

• Assist in process design and analysis

• Help coordinate implementation activities between different teams

• Support testing and validation activities

• Contribute to performance monitoring and analytics

• Learn and assist in continuous improvement initiatives

• Participate in project documentation and reporting

About you

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field. Currently enrolled in or recently completed relevant Master's degree is a plus
• English language proficiency. French / Spanish are a plus
• Experience : No prior work experience required
• Internships or academic projects in Consulting firms or Supply Chain/Logistics are valued
• Knowledge of basic Supply Chain concepts and Transportation Management
• Familiarity with common business software and analytics tools
• Skills :
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Team player mentality
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments
• Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning
• Basic project management skills
