Job Title: Insulins and Portfolio Operations Lead, US Established Products

Location: Morristown, NJ

Insulins and Portfolio Operations Lead, US Established Products plays a crucial role in supporting the strategic planning and operational efficiency of Sanofi's Established Products portfolio, with a focus on insulins and other key products. This position requires a dynamic individual who can drive operational synergies, manage financial aspects and support innovative initiatives across the portfolio. Key stakeholders and partners include EP Brand Leads, PSS, Marketing, Strategy & Innovation, Market Access and GTMC Insights & Analytics teams.

Main Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Operations:

  • Drive operational synergies across the portfolio, foster innovation and implement best practices.

  • Support in project management capacity the strategic planning and decision timelines for all EP brand leads.

  • Support in project management capacity evaluation and implementation of innovative projects and go-to-market models with brand leads and Head of Strategy & Innovation.

  • Collaborate and provide business insights to GTMC on creation/updates of EP dashboards to synthesize and visualize key information to inform decisions.

  • Support divestment activities as needed.

Insulin Portfolio:

  • Support global and US-based insulin initiatives.

  • Coordinate, gather, and respond to global data requests on forecast updates based on changing market events (e.g., Net Price impacts, Channel Analysis).

  • Work closely with brand leads and M&S to ensure continuity of supply, both for current book of business and potential opportunities.

  • Support ad hoc data requests

Essentials Portfolio:

  • Support CSO for Synvisc and Thyrogen with training, and data needs as the business requires when GTMC for activities unsupported by GTMC.

  • Assist with Synvisc operations, including preparing communications to accounts (pricing and tier changes), managing the evaluation periods and Purchase Agreement validation.

  • Manage Synvisc account master data, reconciling Purchase Agreement data across platforms.

  • Support technical eCommerce enhancements.

  • Manage and resolve customer service inquiries, deductions and chargeback process.

Financial Management:

  • Manage OPEX budget across the EP portfolio, including submissions to Finance.

  • Develop and consolidate OPEX budgets with key stakeholders, ensuring proper brand allocation.

  • Monitor actual investment vs. forecast, working with OPEX COE and budget owners to update tactical forecasts monthly.

  • Support EP patient program administration and reimbursement cost tracking.

Program Management:

  • Collaborate with PSS to analyze and evaluate EP patient program utilization and cost benefit.

  • Identify trends and insights from monthly data and vendor performance reviews.

  • Assess ROI and ensure financial viability of programs.

  • Dynamically optimize co-pay and patient program utilization across EP portfolio.

  • Assist with innovative business models with key vendors.

About You

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum of 8 years relevant industry experience is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of commercial operations and financial analysis.

  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.

The salary range for this position is:

$147,000.00 - $212,333.33

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
