iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Vaccines Operations Coordinator – Hungary and Ukraine VIE within Vaccines team, you’ll contribute to the achievement of the company's objectives through the coordination of vaccines demand and operation business processes, ensuring a permanent balance between vaccines availability and business assumptions.

You will also coordinate the application of the contracts, commercial policy, and execution of the distributor model/tenders/private sales, importations, RA/QA coordination, purchase orders collection, deliveries plan alignment with customers, inventory management, and monitor performance and be in contact with global/local supply chain & MCO business planning for PR & PU sales execution. Vaccines Operations Coordinator ensures vaccines availability, minimizing the risks of stock-outs and write-offs.

Main responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate the S&OP meetings to validate demand forecasts and importation plan with the local team and the external partner.
  • Contribute to the coherence of forecasting set of data shared with MCO team.
  • Ensure the monthly update of Kinaxis data set, formalize purchasing commitment in the frozen horizon.
  • Execute the products allocation within the geographical scope, monitor the stock level, avoid write-offs and stock-out situation, ensure a close follow-up of production schedule and batch release with each sourcing site and the follow-up of packaging updates in the production schedule (RPS meetings).
  • Contribute to the new product launches from a supply standpoint and ensure a close follow-up towards the ongoing projects and the possible business and supply impacts, monitor and coordinate repackaging activities for CSE Vaccines.
  • Be in close collaboration with global stakeholders, collect and register tender documentation, formal communication with distributors, internal offer validation and official award notices.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, ensure a close follow-up of the execution of public sales.

About you

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a relevant business-related area (e.g.: international business operations, demand planning, tender management).

Soft and technical skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, capability to cooperate with managers and peers, intercultural adaptability and sensitivity.
  • Integrity, tenacity and adaptability in complex situations and an often evolving environment; able to commit to and respect deadlines.
  • Accuracy, analytical skills, attention to details, results orientation.
  • High ethical standards.
  • Capacity to perform highly both individually and within a team.
  • Knowledge of pharma industry is a plus.
  • Good understanding of trade, tenders, financial and logistic aspects, as well as of their impact on the business.

Education:

  • Master's Degree in international business or similar field.

Languages:

  • Excellent English skills.
