Transition Architect Order to Cash

Our Team:

This position is part of Business Operations BU, within Global Hub Operations and Transitions Management organization and reporting to the Head of Operations Readiness for the Business Tower.

Global Operations Readiness / Transitions Management is the team managing Business Operations transitions to deliver the BO strategic roadmap both now and for the future.

The role will provide transition leadership to implement strategic initiatives and will be responsible for managing and implementing transitions to deliver value in the end-to-end processes. This role is focused on initiatives of high complexity, that can span transversally across end-to-end process areas and regions, in an environment with a high degree of interdependent changes and advanced technologies.

About the role:

The Transition Architects Order to Cash report to the Head of Finance & Procurement Transition and lead teams of Transition Managers and Specialists. The architects will provide subject matter expertise to transform processes from current to future state in partnership with Global Process/Business Owners and the transformation team of Finance & Procurement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own and implement transition plans for Order to Cash

  • Ensure adaptation of the transition methodology to the specific business needs, to ensure knowledge retention and secure business continuity

  • Where required, participate to the operating model design adjustment considering common business objectives: Hiring feasibility, gap assessment, knowledge transfer, service test rehearsals, etc.

  • Own, track value realization, and update business cases where required

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks at every step of the transition

  • Conceptualise, build and update status materials to provide visibility on transition progress to stakeholders

  • Manage complex change programs, including the technology roadmap

  • Partner with business leaders and executives to drive change initiatives

Experience:

  • Strong partnership and One Sanofi mindset, working with large stakeholder groups

  • Extensive experience in large scale and complex operations transformation

  • Finance background in Order to Cash is a plus

  • Strong problem solving and communication skills

  • Proven track record in designing and implementing operational models

Languages:
Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills and capacity to handle multiple stakeholders in a complex and changing environment.
