As Commercial Head for the South Cone, you will be responsible for overseeing Sanofi’s promoted Pharma portfolio, covering multiple therapeutic areas and managing products across different life cycle stages.
Main Responsibilities:
- Commercial Management
- Implement the portfolio strategy by developing the regional strategy and the action plan for the territory.
- Present results: sales forecast, budget, and sales target allocation. Monitor and drive regional commercial performance and results.
- Collaborate on transformation initiatives, instill changes within the team, and drive the implementation of changes and innovations.
- Customer Management
- Promote access to Sanofi products by identifying and organizing institutional leaders and regional Key Opinion Leaders to collaborate with other relevant Sanofi functions. Collaborate with teams on pricing and contract negotiations and their finalization.
- Develop product value and partnerships with key customers. Identify the needs and expectations of decision-makers and key influencers in the region. Help the team demonstrate the value of Sanofi products
- Drive the execution of the customer engagement program and the successful implementation of internal strategic initiatives, including tools
- Maintain cross-functional engagement by keeping brand teams focused on executing strategy and objectives and communicating feedback from the field to Sanofi employees.
- People Management and Development.
- Establish a structure and actively support team development and retention, providing the tools and training necessary for successful management.
- Lead and motivate the team by creating a positive team environment that facilitates collaboration and high performance, setting high expectations and motivating them to meet them.
- Evaluate the team by assessing performance fairly and honestly, providing high-quality performance feedback, and effectively handling issues.
About you
- Experience: Proven track record of success in commercial leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry in specialties market or in fast-moving consumer goods.

- Deep understanding of local market needs and dynamics to ensure an effective local adaptation of customer journeys
- Digital Experience with Customer facing approach and GTM exposure
- Leading with data and AI
- Experience with digital marketing and digital diagnostics
- E-Commerce experience and knowledge
- Experience of creating a business model that brings value and drives revenue through a digital solution
- Driving customers with Omnichannel, GTM strategies and Digital transformation
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish & English is a must.
