This is an opportunity in our Global Talent Services function at Sanofi Hubs. Sanofi ‘Hubs’ are where our key strategic business operations are hosted providing centralized services across Global Medical, Finance, People, Procurement, Digital, R&D and more.

Global Talent Services is one of our key service lines in Hub’s part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide End to end Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, Corporate Functions, R&D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity. This role will be responsible to recruit for US, managing the volume hiring needs. Across 2023/2024 our consolidated hiring volumes for the region has been 3000+. This is subjected to growth as we expand our launches in the region. You will be responsible to hire the best talent for Sanofi and do this while providing world class candidate experience
The Early Careers Team Lead plays a vital role in driving the success of Sanofi's early career recruitment efforts within their designated hub. Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters, this role oversees key operational recruitment activities throughout the full recruitment lifecycle for early career programs. The Early Careers Team Lead is a champion for a positive candidate experience, working alongside TA and TM to be a strategic partner to stakeholders and a data-driven leader who continuously seeks to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes

Main responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and coach a team of early careers recruiters within the hub, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and engaged team environment.
- Ensure consistent achievement of service level agreements (SLAs) and optimize resource allocation to meet recruitment demands effectively.
- Partner closely with the global Talent Acquisition COE, Talent Management COE and Local Activation teams to ensure that early career recruitment activities are aligned with the broader early careers strategy, global best practices, and local market needs.
- Lead the team of recruiters in executing proactive sourcing strategies to attract top early career talent from diverse sources, including universities, online platforms, industry events, and employee referrals.
- Oversee the candidate screening and assessment processes, reviewing results, providing guidance on shortlisting, and ensuring a fair and consistent evaluation of candidates.
- Support TM COE, Recruitment Services and Local Activation teams in managing relationships with key universities and educational institutions to ensure a strong and diverse talent pool for early career programs.
- Oversee the logistical and administrative aspects of early career recruitment, ensuring a customer-centric approach is embedded throughout the end-to-end recruitment process within the hub.
- Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and adapt hub recruitment activities as needed.
- Consistently track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and encourage the optimization of recruitment processes within the early careers team.
About you
You are a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams, operating within a global business services environment and building new capability in talent teams. You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and are driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience: Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and driving standardization across multiple locations culture and language wise
- Previous work experience with U.S.-based clients, demonstrating familiarity with work culture and standards.
- Displayed Expertise in End-to-End hiring
- Proven track record of success in recruiting the best talent in early careers or similar roles
