The Digital Supply Chain team is responsible for implementing and maintaining the digital tools that support our supply chain processes. We are looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us drive this transformation.
Job Purpose:
As a Configuration Expert for DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning), you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the Kinaxis Maestro system to support our global supply chain planning processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective system configurations. Your role is critical in ensuring data flows correctly between systems and that the DRP solution remains reliable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
Primary Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Kinaxis Maestro at a technical level for DRP processes
Design and support implementation on Kinaxis integration model with multiple SAP ERP systems globally, ensuring data flow is seamless and efficient
Other responsibilities
Design, test, and implement system configurations to meet business requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration between systems
Support end users with system-related questions and issues
Participate in system upgrade projects and testing
Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
Ensure data quality and integrity within the system
Stay current with new features and functionality in Kinaxis Maestro
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members
Document configuration changes and maintain system documentation
Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team through knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Kinaxis Authoring Certifications 1 & 2 (Mandatory)
Scrum Master Certification (Preferable)
APICS-CPIM / CSCP as advantageous
Fluent in English
Professional Experience
2-5 years’ experience as technical expert in Supply Chain Planning domain
Experience with Kinaxis Maestro implementation or support (preferrable)
Good knowledge of application integration process points with execution systems (SAP APO, O9, Blue Yonder, etc.)
Knowledge of distribution planning processes and systems
Demonstrated expertise in working with SAP ERP systems
Experience with Agile methodologies, practices, and tools (JIRA/Confluence)
Experience in Pharma/life sciences/healthcare industries is a plus

Context and Challenges
Coordinate with digital product development teams to integrate planning considerations into new product launches and updates
Understand Business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Bring Business added value to support business transformation
Support activities to roll-out solution on new sites/markets
Ensure day-to-day operational excellence of the solution
Drive AIMS (external service provider responsible for production support services) to resolve escalated incidents and problems
