iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job
As Associate Scientific Advisor VIE within our Vaccines team, you’ll conduct scientific exchanges with KOLs and DOLs in Sanofi priority therapeutic areas and be responsible to develop medical materials for symposia, educational presentations, and post-event reporting. Additionally, you will create internal training materials to upskill commercial teams and support the project management of advisory boards and medical congress activities. Please know that this position includes travel within Australia to work conferences only few times a year.

Main responsibilities:
- Assist/support the Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) medical team in development of content for congresses and other educational platforms.
- Prepare and present scientific data.
- Set up & foster co-operations with external medical experts, network activities.
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with involved Key Opinion Leaders and ensure effective communication on briefings, timelines and Sanofi processes on a per-project basis.
- To ensure a high level of compliance in Sanofi activities, speak up in the event of any queries or concerns and to proactively consider ways of improving our processes.
- Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of RSV, nirsevimab and the competition.
- To work closely with the cross-functional therapy area team (medical, marketing, sales and support functions) and support the planning and execution of the country brand plans.
- To create materials based on the needs of our external stakeholders in line with the medical strategy and the MA Code of Conduct.
About you
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in medical function within pharma industry.
- Project management experience would be preferred.
- Previous experience working with digital platforms woud be highly preferred (f.e. AI tools, social media etc).
Soft and technical skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex scientific information for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in creating educational and training materials.
- Very good team spirit and able to work collaboratively, innovative mindset.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of infectious disease, vaccines or similar is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts in relevant therapeutic areas.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in life sciences or related field (Ph.D., PharmD, or M.D. preferred).
Languages:
- Strong verbal and written skills in English.
