Main responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of learning plans focused on core skills development across Sanofi.

  • Collaborate with Learning Institutes to understand priorities and translate them into impactful learning solutions.

  • Partner with Business Operations and Local Learning teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration.

  • Engage with internal and external learning providers, experts, and facilitators to curate and deliver high-quality content.

  • Monitor and analyze internal trends to inform learning strategies and recommend improvements.

  • Stay current with learning tools, techniques, and practices to provide informed, consultative advice.

  • Share leading practices and insights with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning.


About you

  • Learning & Development: 6+ years experience building learning strategy, designing and implementing learning plans aligned with business goals. Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven ability to work with internal teams and translate skill priorities into learning solutions.

  • Vendor & Program Management: Skilled in managing external learning providers and overseeing learning portfolios.

  • Data Analysis: Ability to interpret learning trends and recommend data-driven solutions.

  • Consultative Expertise: Knowledge of current L&D tools and practices; able to advise stakeholders effectively.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

  • Education: BA required, Masters preferred. Coaching certification or expertise in psychometric tools and assessments preferred.

The salary range for this position is:

$137,250.00 - $198,250.00

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
