iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job
As Medical Team Coordinator VIE within our Operations/Governance team, you will work closely with the Medical Head and Medical Leadership Team to ensure alignment and execution of medical initiatives across multiple countries. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:
- Support the Medical Head Central & South Europe (CSE) in coordinating and tracking medical projects and initiatives across the region.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports for the Medical Leadership Team.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between different stakeholders within the medical organization and externally.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports for the Medical Leadership Team.
- Organize and coordinate medical team meetings and follow up on action items.
- Support budget tracking and resource allocation for medical projects.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and communications materials.
About you
Experience:
- Previous experience or interest in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Soft and Technical skills:
- Strong project management skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with AI and digital tools would be a plus.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
Languages:
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
