Your job, as Supply Chain Coordinator within EM&S GenMed Latam team will be to ensure an efficient supply chain management for all outsourced activities in Latam region, according to Sanofi’s Supply Chain Best Practices and Outsourcing Guidelines and integrated in S&OP processes.

EM&S is a consolidated organization managing outsourced Sanofi products, which​ operates in each region through virtual sites ensuring optimal proximity with CMOs.​ ​
Engaged in a network optimization and building a strong relationship with our partners.

We extend Industrial Sanofi Limits, in both, installed capacity and technologies guaranteeing successful and sustainable results in terms of Quality & Regulatory compliance, Customer Service and Cost, through strong tactical principles and following internal compliance guidance.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of Customer Service for all external manufacturing activities;
• Management of OOS and Alerts;
• Participation in new subcontractor development, according to Business needs;
• Ensure adequate following of Supply Agreements by sites and countries;
• Make regular reviews with planners in the Markets and CMO´s;
• Continuous monitoring through KPI’s, site visits and BRM´s;
• Strong participation and leadership during S&OP meetings;
• Ensure visibility of risks and actions to mitigate as maximum as possible ruptures for the market.
• Motivate the good usage of systems tools to guarantee the standards process and correct it when necessary
• Maintain knowledge of and comply with the principles of Ethics and Integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.
• Comply with and promote Sanofi Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, with the aim of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting employee well-being and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of work activities.
• Support Sanofi Diversity & Inclusion strategy and initiatives to ensure all employees and partners are treated with respect and receive equal opportunities.

About you

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in similar jobs.
• Soft and technical skills: Production planning, Pharmaceutical manufacturing and transfers, project management. Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, SMS and FIT4 make difference for the position. Leadership, teamwork spirit and proactive communication are important elements for this position.
• Education: Administrator, Chemist, Engineer.
• Languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese.
