As a Public Affairs Trainee, you will support Sanofi’s Market Access, Public Affairs, and Trade team in implementing strategies that improve patient access to treatments. This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of healthcare policy, patient engagement, and business strategy. You'll gain valuable insights into the pharmaceutical industry while helping to integrate patient perspectives across Sanofi’s operations.

Main responsibilities:
- Build relationships with patient groups and other key partners
- Bring patient voices into our work across all stages
- Create easy-to-understand materials for various projects
- Join team meetings to share outside perspectives and patient needs
- Keep up with healthcare policy changes and what they mean for us
- Help organize events that connect patients with our work
- Ensure our projects always keep patients at the center
About you
To excel in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree (or current enrollment) in Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Science Policy, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, and be able to sign a university agreement to participate in the trainee program.
- Fluency in Portuguese and good working knowledge of English.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Interest in healthcare and willingness to learn about the pharmaceutical industry
- Collaborative mindset with good organizational abilities
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Nice to have:
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus
