About the Job
The Transition Architect Omnichannel reports to the Head of GTMC Transition and leads teams of Transition Managers and Specialists. The architect will provide subject matter expertise to transform business processes from current to future state in partnership with Global Process/Business Owners and the transformation team of GTMC.
Main Responsibilities:
· Co-lead the solution design and define transition roadmaps for Omnichannel
· Drive business case development and track value realization
· Ensure adaptation of the transition methodology to the specific business needs, to ensure knowledge retention and secure business continuity
· Ensure hub and toll gate readiness, as well as successful go-live milestones in collaboration with Transition Managers
· Oversee the implementation of transition roadmaps and where required adjust them considering: Hiring progress, knowledge transfer execution, service rehearsal test results, etc.
· Proactively identify and mitigate risks at every step of the transition
· Develop and update status materials, providing transition progress visibility to stakeholders
· Partner with business leaders and executives to drive change initiatives
About You
Experience:
Strong partnership and One Sanofi mindset, working with large stakeholder groups
Extensive experience in large scale and complex operations transformation
Life Sciences Commercial background in Omnichannel capabilities is a plus
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Proven track record in designing and implementing operational models
Languages:
Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in business administration is a plus. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills and capacity to handle multiple stakeholders in a complex and changing environment.
