Reporting to the People Excellence Partner Lead, the People Excellence Partner (PEP) will be responsible for collaborating with People Business Partners (PBPs), People Excellence Specialists, COE Partners, and People Services to support employees and managers. This role will focus on delivering People & Culture (P&C) excellence and enhancing the employee experience through employee centered initiatives, core P&C processes, and enabling self-service.
Acting as a trusted partner, the PEP will work closely with the P&C community, People Services and business leaders & managers providing guidance and implementation support on various programs, projects, and organizational transformations across Global Business Units/Functions.
The PEP will be forward thinking, detail oriented, take initiative, work independently and have prior experience in Human Resources; prior client facing responsibilities is a must.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with key P&C and People Services colleagues and the business, serving as a reliable advisor for P&C initiatives.
Independently guide & coach employees and managers through core P&C processes, such as year-end performance assessments/compensation planning, talent cycle, talent acquisition practices.
Actively partner with People Business Partners to develop & execute plans for implementation and communication of key P&C processes including compensation, talent management, performance management, leadership development and workforce planning.
Liaise with the business on compensation topics such as grading positions & salary analyses; engage COE Partners & People Business Partners as needed.
Partner with People Business Partners & the business on large organizational changes (such as Reductions in Force, Expansions &/or Reorganizations) owning the delivery of projects end to end that will contribute to the achievement of the company's short- and long-term goals.
Support Merger & Acquisition/Divestiture activities.
Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops & process improvement initiatives with People Business Partners, COE Partners & People Services.
Proactively encourage all managers and employees to utilize Employee/Manager self-service, One Support and Concierge.
Serve as a resource for Workday notifications, approvals & minimal P&C only transactions.
Support specific analytical needs of People Business Partners &/or the business.
About You
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience preferred; or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Prior relevant experience must be in an HR role with client facing responsibilities, guiding and coaching employees and managers through core HR processes.
Working knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures and operational pull through of People & Culture initiatives.
Ability to work independently with sound judgment and decisions making skills.
Ability to take initiative, demonstrate a sense of urgency and flex in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to operate in an agile environment to execute people-related projects.
Strong verbal & written communication & presentation skills.
Experience working in a highly matrixed/globally aligned organization.
Experience leading projects & managing successful change initiatives.
Data & analytical capabilities.

The salary range for this position is:
$101,250.00 - $146,250.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
