iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About the job

As Local Marketer VIE within our Marketing team, you will be instrumental in coordinating multiple simultaneous product launches, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence. Ready to get started?

This role is a growth-focused strategic role responsible for driving compelling brand performance and delivering excellence in execution within Sanofi's Customer First Operating Model (CFOM). This position combines strategic vision with relentless execution to accelerate brand growth, maximize market opportunities, and deliver on Sanofi's "Take the Lead" ambition through data-driven decision making and customer-centric approaches.

Main responsibilities:

  • Strategic Brand Development & Execution: Contribute to developing and executing brand strategies, launch plans, and Integrated Growth Plans (IGP) that drive growth in Rare Hematology under senior guidance.
  • Market Intelligence & Analysis: Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and identify growth drivers and market insights through collaboration with cross-functional teams to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Patient-Centric Strategy: Gather and analyze patient insights to support growth opportunities that improve patient outcomes and market presence, ensuring patient needs remain at the core of all initiatives.
  • Customer Engagement Excellence: Implement customer segmentation initiatives, execute HCP targeting activities, develop tailored messaging approaches, and track engagement metrics including reach, frequency, and conversion rates to optimize brand impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between global and local teams, support project coordination, and ensure clear communication across functions to drive seamless execution.
  • Digital Innovation & Transformation: Execute digital excellence projects, support customer engagement platforms, and contribute to digital transformation efforts that enhance market performance and customer experience.
  • Financial Management & Continuous Improvement: Assist in budget management, financial reporting, resource allocation planning and contributing fresh perspectives to enhance execution excellence.

About you

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience with demonstrated track record of driving significant business growth. Proven success in brand strategy execution and delivering compelling growth in customer-centric operating models would be a plus.
  • Experience working within customer-first frameworks and agile environments.
  • Experience in strategic planning with focus on flawless execution and performance delivery would be a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Marketing/Business preferred.
