Your job? As a Technical System Owner, you will lead the development and deployment of a new central core model system for laboratory instruments. This role is pivotal in shaping the technical foundation of our next-generation laboratory infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and harmonization across global sites.

About Growing with us
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical System Owner to lead the building and deployment of a new central core model system for laboratory instruments.
Key Responsibilities

System Ownership: Serve as the technical authority for the core model laboratory instrument system throughout its lifecycle—from design and build to deployment and maintenance.

Core Model Development: Lead the creation of a centralized, standardized system architecture for laboratory instruments, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Deployment Strategy: Define and execute deployment plans for the core model across multiple sites, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, quality, and site operations to gather requirements, align on priorities, and ensure successful implementation.
· Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including system architecture, configuration guides, and deployment protocols.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and user feedback to drive ongoing enhancements and optimizations.

Compliance & Validation: Ensure systems meet all relevant compliance standards and support validation activities as required.
About you
Experience:
5+ years’ experience in system ownership or technical leadership roles, preferably in laboratory or manufacturing environments.
Experience in a biopharma or biotech company Experience with system deployment across multiple sites or global environments.

Experience working with LIMS and third-party system interfaces will be a plus.
Skills:
Strong understanding of laboratory instrument systems and integration practices.
Excellent communication and project management skills in English.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, ISO standards) is a plus.
Excellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
Proven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teams
Structured, organized, and capable of managing multiple topics and priorities.
Track-record of problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment

Strong cross-functional leadership & influencing skills Curiosity, creativity, sense of detail, first principles and “get things done” mindset
Education:

Master’s degree in Bioscience, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
