Territory Sales Manager (Vaccination Activation)

We are currently seeking a Vaccine Activation Manager to join our high-performing Vaccines team. This is a permanent, remote role based in Brisbane, with travel across the Sunshine Coast, Cairns, Rockhampton, and West Brisbane.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales – Vaccines, you will:

• Drive sales and activation of Sanofi Pasteur’s vaccine portfolio (including RSV, travel, flu, and pertussis vaccines).
• Partner with General Practitioners, Practice Nurses, and Pharmacists to promote correct usage and quality vaccination practices.
• Manage your territory with autonomy, agility, and strategic thinking.
• Lead customer meetings, conferences, and educational sessions.
• Collaborate with internal franchise leads and cross-functional teams.
• Embrace continuous learning and feedback in a dynamic, seasonal environment.

What We’re Looking For

You are a resilient, tenacious professional with:

• Several years’ experience in sales, ideally within healthcare or vaccines.
• Proven territory management and call planning skills.
• A successful track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for customer engagement and business growth.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Science or Business.
• Experience in vaccine sales or healthcare.
• Medicines Australia accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
