Join our Legal, Ethics & Business Integrity Team as Senior Manager Legal Operations Analyst and you can help make it happen. Your job? You will support the Legal Operations Manager in executing critical digital transformation projects, with a particular focus on legal technology platforms. The position combines technical system administration, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination: Legal technology project implementation and vendor management, Outside counsel program administration and optimization, Platform administration and user support, Process documentation and analytics.

Main responsibilities:

• Execute digital transformation tasks as directed by the Legal Operations Manager:

• Coordinate with stakeholders following established project plans

· Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated data

• Prepare detailed status reports and identify potential issues for manager review
• Implement processes designed by the Legal Operations Manager

• Outside Counsel Management:

• Coordinate renewal process for agreements with global Panel firms
• Prepare documentation and track status of Panel firm agreements

· Create and maintain user guides and training materials

· Generate regular usage reports and analytics

• Legal Technology Administration:

• Serve as primary system administrator for PERSUIT and Exterro platforms
• Configure system settings as directed by Legal Operations Manager
• Implement governance policies established by management
• Escalate complex issues or those requiring strategic decisions

• Process Improvement, Documentation, Analysis and Reporting:

• Support vendor relationship management
• Develop operational documentation
• Generate data analytics and reporting
• Create data visualizations

About you

Experience: · 3-5 years of progressive experience in legal operations or related field (e.g., legal technology, paralegal with tech focus)

Technical skills: Advanced analytical and data analysis capabilities, proficiency in Excel and data manipulation techniques, experience creating reports and basic dashboards

Soft skills: Strong organizational and project coordination abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education: Bsc or Master’s degree (Legal studies are nice to have)

Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written).
