The French Specialty Care Medical Team at Sanofi is a high-performing team of Medical leaders who are a trusted source of scientific and Medical information and shared insights; effective and innovative strategic partners to our internal and external stakeholders; and dedicated to public health. We apply our deep understanding of the immune system for an approach like no other to address the areas of unmet need in neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and implement the Neurology Medical strategy and roadmap for France, ensuring alignment with global objectives
- Drive evidence generation plans and medical operations to support product development and launches
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
- Lead and develop the Neurology Medical team through direct and indirect management
- Oversee medical education initiatives and scientific communications
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand teams, Public Affairs, and global medical teams
- Manage franchise budget and resources effectively
About you
Experience:
- Proven track record in Medical Affairs with relevant Neurology expertise and team management experience
Education:
- MD preferred, or PhD/PharmD with relevant clinical experience
Skills:
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellence in stakeholder management and team leadership
- Proven ability to drive medical strategy and evidence generation
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills
Languages:
- Fluent in French and English
Travel:
- Ability to travel 20-30% of time
