About the Job

As Respiratory Medical Engagement Manager within our Medical Affairs team, you'll serve as a key scientific partner bridging the gap between clinical research and healthcare practitioners, while advancing medical knowledge in your therapeutic area of expertise.

Our Medical Affairs function is dedicated to generating and disseminating scientific evidence that supports better patient outcomes. We work collaboratively across the organization to ensure that healthcare professionals have access to the latest scientific insights and clinical data.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to facilitate scientific exchange and research collaboration

  • Present and discuss clinical data and scientific information with healthcare professionals and at medical conferences

  • Identify and support investigator-initiated studies while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

  • Gather and analyze insights from the medical community to inform internal strategies and research priorities

  • Support the planning and execution of medical education programs and scientific symposia

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scientific communication strategies

  • Provide medical and scientific support for clinical trials in your assigned region

About You

Experience & Skills:

  • PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent advanced scientific degree

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or related healthcare field

  • Demonstrated scientific expertise and ability to interpret complex clinical data

  • Strong presentation and communication skills with both scientific and non-scientific audiences

  • Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare professionals

  • Proven track record of project management and cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60%

  • Fluent in Czech and English

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry compliance requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
