Main responsibilities:

• Deliver collections management services to SBS,

• Review AR ageing reports,

• Perform collection & dunning,

• Determine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined process,

• Dispute & Claim Management – qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility.

About you

Experience:

• Ongoing university studies (active student status) studying a degree in finance or related subjects,

• Min 20-40 hours/week.

Soft and technical skills:

• Strong deductive and analytical skills,

• Computer literate and familiar with accounting applications (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage),

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office,

• Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally,

• Good communication skills,

• Attentive to customer needs and feedback,

• Organized, attention to detail,

• Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner.

Languages:

• English knowledge in advanced level, German language skill required, writing is sufficient (B1 is enough).
