This is a 3rd shift position

Responsible for working inside the fill area. Performs production in accordance with volume fluctuation, business need, and effective procedures. Complete Aseptic Gowning Qualifications and maintain it throughout employment.

Aseptic Operations & Production Support

  • Performs aseptic tasks, including closed system connections, sampling, and interventions

  • Maintains gowning qualifications and proper component segregation

  • Supports production needs, material readiness, and shift transitions

Documentation & Compliance

  • Completes GMP documentation accurately and on time

  • Maintains records per current revisions and supports audit readiness

Inventory & Scheduling

  • Performs inventory checks and escalates shortages

  • Reviews schedules and ensures availability of materials and cleaning

Training & Team Support

  • Trains new technicians and supports team operations

  • Engages in meetings and contributes to continuous improvement

Systems & Tools

  • Proficient in SAP, Labware, Trackwise, RT Reports, eDoc, HMI, SCADA, and OMS

  • Completes training modules and maintains system access and qualifications

SQDCI Focus

  • Safety: Follows procedures, attends meetings, and reports issues

  • Quality: Applies aseptic techniques and supports GMP compliance

  • Delivery: Completes SAP tasks in real time and meets production goals

  • Cost: Prevents deviations and uses tools to enhance efficiency

  • Involvement: Participates in shift change, team activities, and fosters a professional environment

    About You

    Basic Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ months of cGMP or pharmaceutical experience, or

    • Associate’s degree with 6+ months of cGMP or pharmaceutical experience, or

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred

    • Prior or related cGMP/pharmaceutical experience strongly recommended

    • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills with good manual dexterity

    • Detail-oriented with excellent information retention and computer proficiency

    • Able to follow procedures and work effectively in a regulated environment

    • Proficient in at least three operational areas or product lines

    • Skilled in one or more of the following: Utility Sampling, Equipment Preparation, Tank Movement, SAP Operations, or Trainer in Vial Wash/Debag

    The salary range for this position is:

    $19.63 - $26.18
