Join Sanofi as a Market Access Portfolio Lead and play a pivotal role in ensuring patients across Australia and New Zealand can access life-changing treatments. Reporting to the Head of Market Access, you'll drive pricing and reimbursement strategies across multiple portfolios, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

What You'll Do:
- Shape Strategy – Develop and execute market access strategies across multiple portfolios that maximise patient access and business value
- Lead Submissions and implement recommendations – Provide strategic oversight to submission Leads (or lead as required) the development of high-quality submissions to PBAC, MSAC, PHARMAC and other Health Technology Assessment bodies. Coordinate pricing, listing processes, and responses to post-market reviews
- Plan for success – Conduct reimbursement feasibility assessments and evidence planning to support optimal outcomes
- Collaborate Widely – Build strong relationships with internal teams within and above country and external stakeholders to advance Access objectives
- Anticipate and shape – Provide strategic advice on policy and process reform with the potential to impact Sanofi’s portfolio.
- Influence & Educate – Coach and develop direct reports and other team members. Represent Sanofi on industry bodies like Medicines Australia.
About you
- Substantial experience in Market Access with a proven track record of successful pricing and reimbursement submissions in Australia and /or New Zealand
- Deep understanding of the Healthcare System in Australia/New Zealand including, stakeholders, processes, policies and funding flows.
- Ability to operate effectively and influence in a matrix environment with exceptional communication and project management skills
- Relevant qualifications (background in science, pharmacy, or related alternative background. Post graduate qualifications in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Economics or other relevant discipline desirable
