Strategic Digital Alliances Associate - VIE Contract

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Main responsibilities:

  • Enhance business acumen by supporting the Senior Director of Alliances with oversight of research, development and commercial stakeholders and governance committees.
  • Engage with senior leadership on confidential and high priority alliances in the biopharmaceutical sector of the industry.
  • Participate in gathering insights on the partnering competitive landscape to streamline competitive intelligence, market and industry trends relevant to Digital strategic and partnering priorities.
  • Participate in the management of Alliance portfolios including contracts, monitoring performance milestones and development of performance metrics and dashboards to assess alliance progress and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional workstream leads, including research & development (R&D), legal, finance, and commercial, to ensure effective communication and alignment within alliance partnerships.
  • Participate with Business Development to design and execute contractual terms that align to Digital and Stakeholders strategic objectives.


About you

Experience:

  • Science background (experience or education).

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Strong interest in the biopharmaceutical industry and alliance management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, proactivity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis would be a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools.

Education:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field such as business, life sciences, or a related discipline.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
