iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About the job

As Data Analyst VIE within our Transformation & Project Management team, you’ll be supporting the rollout and adoption of digital tools across departments. You will also be contributing to documentation, training, and change management efforts to maximize user engagement and system impact. Ready to get started?

The Smart Factory team plays a pivotal role in supporting the Toronto site's transformation journey by driving the digital implementation of key tools and systems. With numerous strategic priorities underway, the team acts as a catalyst for operational excellence—accelerating project delivery, enhancing process robustness, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the site.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the Smart Factory team in implementing digital initiatives, working closely with cross-functional departments.
  • Collect, synthesize, and analyze data to present insights in a clear, concise manner.
  • Develop relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), establish baseline data, and track operational metrics for digital tool deployments.
  • Contribute to change management initiatives and business case development.
  • Create digital solutions using Microsoft tools (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Assist with project management of prioritized digital initiatives for the Toronto site.
  • Develop digital training materials using tools such as Articulate and Camtasia.
  • Support the creation and review of technical documentation and training instructions. Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and develop presentation materials.

About you

Experience:

  • Experience in a similar field would be a plus.

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, or Power Automate is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues promptly, address operational inefficiencies, including data analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.

Education:

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent demonstrated skills and experience in Business Administration, computer science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management/Planning, or related field.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
