iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Global Pricing Analytics Analyst VIE within our Digital team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving adoption, gathering user feedback, validating new functionalities, and ensuring effective communication across regions. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural, and fast-paced environment at the intersection of data, strategy, and innovation.

Sanofi is embarking on an ambitious journey to transform its pricing strategy through AI-driven predictive analytics. As part of this transformation, we are developing a cutting-edge tool that aims to support strategic decision-making by answering complex business questions such as:

  • What is the optimal launch price for a new product?
  • What is the most effective launch sequence across countries to maximize access and revenue?

We are looking for a VIE to actively contribute to the design, development, and deployment of this innovative solution. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI, data science, and strategic pricing, and eager to work at the forefront of digital transformation in a global healthcare company.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead Change Management Initiatives: Promote platform adoption by ensuring all dashboards and views are well understood and actively used. Identify and prioritize user needs, onboard new users, and facilitate training sessions.
  • User Engagement & Feedback Collection: Act as a liaison between users and the development team by collecting enhancement ideas, synthesizing feedback, and helping shape the product roadmap.
  • Feature Testing & Validation: Collaborate with the development team to test and validate new features, ensuring they meet user expectations and business requirements.
  • Global Communication & Coordination: Develop and deliver clear, engaging communications to promote new releases, share best practices, and highlight success stories across the organization.
  • Support AI Model Development: Collaborate with data scientists and pricing experts to define business requirements, identify relevant data sources, and contribute to model design and validation.
  • Translate Business Needs into AI Use Cases: Help frame strategic pricing questions into structured problems that can be addressed through predictive modeling and machine learning.
  • Prototype and Test AI Features: Participate in the development and testing of early prototypes, ensuring outputs are interpretable, actionable, and aligned with business expectations.
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical teams (data science, IT) and business stakeholders (market access, pricing, affiliates) to ensure alignment and adoption.
  • Contribute to Change Management & Communication: Help build awareness and understanding of the PLAI tool across the organization through demos, training materials, and success stories.

About you

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in Consulting, HealthCare, Finance, Analyst, Policy/Market Access.
  • Experience with any or al of: product design, system design, project management, design thinking and data structures.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Effective written and oral communication skills – will be working closely with in-country teams (approx. 15 markets).
  • Can-do, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills with the ability to multi-task and respond effectively.
  • Skilful at manipulating data into meaningful actionable insights.
  • Understanding of reimbursement systems, international pricing rules and major pricing systems and their evolution is a plus.
  • Proficient with Ms-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education:

  • Master's degree in computer science / engineering / business / economics management analytics / operations research / another relevant quantitative field.

Languages:

  • Fluent English language.
