As External Manufacturing Performance Analyst VIE within our Supply chain team, you will take charge of analyzing External Manufacturing supply chain performance and quality indicators, and you will lead projects to maximize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver high-quality products. Main responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of supply chain performance and quality indicators, identifying key areas for improvement.
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights and trends within the supply chain processes, using digital tools (Power BI) and AI.
- Lead projects aimed at enhancing the coordination of supply and logistics between internal manufacturing plants and Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMOs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand bottlenecks, and implement strategic improvements in the supply chain.
- Identify opportunities for energy and logistics optimization within the external manufacturing processes.
- Develop and execute projects to enhance efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and optimize resource utilization.
- Take a leadership role in planning, executing, and monitoring external manufacturing optimization projects.
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement within external manufacturing operations.
About you
Experience:
- Supply chain analysis, project management, and optimization initiatives.
- Experience in pharma/healthcare industry preferred.
Soft and Technical skills:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis digital tools such as Power BI and AI.
- Experience with SAP and Kinaxis would be a plus.
- Ability to extract and interpret data.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Languages:
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
