iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job
As Vendor Manager Associate VIE within our Research & Development team, you’ll support the clinical study leads, and your work will not only be focused on setup phase but also on support throughout the entire lifecycle of the clinical trial to close-out. You will providessupervision and management for one or several types of services (eCOA, CLAb, Patient Recruitment & retention…), and participate or leading WW initiatives related to vendors and services, cross functions and/or cross Hubs.

Main responsibilities:
- Translate the protocol requirements into vendor technical specifications; liaise / initiate with procurement the vendor proposal, budget and contract and provide recommendations to finalize vendor selection.
- Review and finalize vendor plans, manuals, and tools.
- Oversee UAT completion and ensure finalization of vendor requirements on time.
- Monitor the collection, processing, and analysis of data.
- Provide analysis and reporting of cross-project trends, issues and risks.
- Assess improvements opportunities transversally with Vendor Excellence Managers.
- Measure progress made against projects, services to reach study and global service goals.
- Collaboration with various functions within and outside CSO: Trial Operations, CSU, Legal, Procurement, and Finance.
About you
Experience:
- 1-2 years experience in the pharmaceutical/CRO industry in trial operations.
Soft and technical skills:
- Advanced communication and organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Focus on details, and very good analytical skills.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Life Sciences or similar field.
Languages:
- Strong English skills (verbal and written), able to exchange fluently in a global environment.
