About the job

AS Customer-Facing Effectiveness Specialist you will be a key strategic partner within our Multi Country Organization (MCO) Customer Facing Capabilities Team, driving business growth through collaboration with Country & MCO leaders and field forces. You'll foster cross-functional partnerships across Marketing, Medical, Digital, and other teams to deliver valuable insights and structured solutions that maximize value for our field teams and external customers

Main responsibilities

  • Support driving effectiveness of Customer Facing Capabilities and optimal field resources deployment (GTM) cross GBU in alignment with strategic corporate imperatives

  • Support implementation of global policies, internal controls, and process guidance to boost standardization and simplification

  • Support tracking of field effectiveness through KPIs and tools

  • Collaborate with other GTMC pillars, Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Digital teams to avoid fragmented solutions

  • Collaborate for the co-building of transformation programs (e.g. GenAI, new tools)

  • Ensure delivery of best-in-class and best-in-cost support to businesses and field forces

  • Collect key local challenges and bottlenecks

About you

  • Experience: Working in Commercial Operations environment, especially in supporting field force operations in Pharma is a plus. Proven delivery of outstanding results

  • Technical skills: MS Office, PowerBI or other equivalent, experience of working with CRM in Pharma is a plus

  • Professional skills: Strong analytical skills; excellent interpersonal skills to communicate, present, persuade and argument among key stakeholders and partners; well-developed time management skills, mastering in prioritizing tasks and planning own workloads

  • Personal Characteristics: Accountability, initiative, result orientation, ability to work independently, continuous improvement, stress management, learning agility, listening skills

  • Education: Higher education in Business Administration, Finance or similar field

  • Languages: Strong in English language + Polish
