Leads and coordinates the whole chain of Business Development activities, from prospection and evaluation to contract management, for company acquisitions (M&A), and/or for products / molecules / technologies acquisitions or disvestments (Licensing-in / out). This can also involve the management of alliances and partnerships with external pharmaceutical companies / universities / Biotechs. Manages the team.
