About the job
As North Europe Dupixent Brand Associate VIE within our Marketing team, you will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for Dupixent, our groundbreaking biologic therapy that is transforming patients' lives across multiple therapeutic areas including atopic dermatitis, asthma, and other type 2 inflammatory diseases.

As a targeted immunomodulator, Dupixent addresses the underlying inflammation in multiple type 2 inflammatory diseases, providing life-changing benefits to patients worldwide. Main responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaign Management: Support the creation, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels in line with the North European strategy.
- Local Adaptation: Adapt global marketing materials to meet local market needs and regulatory requirements.
- North European Pull-Through: Support the development and implementation of omnichannel plans, digital marketing initiatives, North European engagement plans, & North European content calendars.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with medical, regulatory, market access, and sales teams to ensure aligned and compliant brand activities.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and analyse market data to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Budget Management: Assist in planning, allocating, and tracking marketing budget expenditures.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and brand performance metrics to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Product Launch Support: Contribute to launch preparations for new indications or market expansions, when applicable.
About you
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience; previous internship in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Higher education in marketing or science.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and data analytics is beneficial.
Education:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Languages:
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in one or more Nordic/Benelux languages is a plus.
