About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) technical lead within the Digital Technology Enablement, Enterprise Access Management organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Saviynt configurations and implementations, with a focus on identity governance and administration. This is a critical role in leading the development and implementation of centralized and harmonized user access management product (CARE) for Sanofi business application. The CARE (Centralized Access Request entry) provides a Harmonized and Centralized Access Management solution with robust compliance capabilities. The CARE simplifies the Sanofi architecture by leveraging a SaaS solution and supports the retirement of outdated access management solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
Design and implement Saviynt workflows and platform.
Configure and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) and access certifications
Develop and maintain integrations and connectors.
Write and optimize SQL queries for system operations
Manage system upgrades and patch implementations
Oversee user identity lifecycle management
Perform performance tuning and optimization of Saviynt systems
Create and maintain technical specifications documentation in confluence.
Utilize ISPM to manage reports, dashboards, and analytics
Implement and manage access models (RBAC and ABAC) within Saviynt
Translate business requirements into technical requirements (JIRA Enablers)
Execute deployment and change management processes using both manual and automated DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub, Terraform)
Ensures that Digital Product/computerized system meets all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements.
About You
Skills and Qualifications:
· Experience:
5-6 years of experience in Saviynt configurations and implementations
Proficiency in SQL query writing and optimization
Experience with ISPM for reporting, dashboard creation, and analytics
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitHub and Terraform
Strong working experience with regulated environment preferably in pharmaceutical industries.
Good understanding of SOX and GxP.
· Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Modeling or relevant field.
Saviynt Advanced IGA certification (preferred)
· Functional & Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of
User Access Management.
Role based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC).
User Access Review
Segregation of Duties (SOD).
Role Catalog
On-Off boarding of users.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
Good understanding of Confluence, JIRA, & XRAY.
· Business Acumen:
Strong understanding of IGA domain.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
· Communication and Collaboration:
Fluent in English (French is a plus)
