As the Lead for People Analytics & Reporting, you'll spearhead a high-impact function that bridges cutting-edge technology with business intelligence, driving data-informed decisions across our people strategy. This role combines strategic oversight of our Visier analytics capabilities, direct leadership of Qualtrics experience analytics and Workday reporting teams, and advancement of our Workday reporting ecosystem—with particular emphasis on leveraging emerging Workday capabilities.

Your Impact
You'll serve as both technical architect and people leader, translating complex business requirements into actionable insights across people data, experience data, and next-generation Workday capabilities. You'll provide strategic direction to a dedicated Visier Manager while directly leading teams of Qualtrics developers and Workday Report Writers.
Core Accountabilities
1. Multi-Platform Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Design and implement comprehensive reporting framework defining tool selection criteria
- Create decision pathways for choosing between Visier, Qualtrics, Workday Prism, Power BI, and other platforms
- Develop use-case matrices matching business requirements to optimal technical solutions
- Document standards, guidelines, and governance protocols for analytics environment
- Champion framework adoption across analytics consumers and producers
2. Strategic Oversight - Visier Analytics:
- Partner with People Insights Partners and P&C teams to capture strategic analytics requirements
- Support Visier Manager in establishing technical excellence standards and development pathways
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for Visier team
- Ensure alignment between Visier capabilities and organizational analytics strategy
3. Direct Leadership - Qualtrics Development Team:
- Lead and develop team of Qualtrics developers to achieve technical excellence
- Cultivate advanced survey design, experience analytics, and dashboard development skills
- Establish development pathways for employee experience analytics capabilities
4. Direct Leadership - Workday Report Writers:
- Lead and develop 2 Workday Report Writers with focus on advanced reporting capabilities
- Architect sophisticated reporting solutions leveraging Workday Prism Analytics
- Design operational reports providing real-time workforce operations insights
- Create advanced calculated fields, custom reports, and complex report structures
- Optimize data integration pathways between Workday and external analytics platforms
- Stay ahead of Workday's product roadmap, evaluating beta functionalities and next-generation tools
3. Qualtrics Experience Analytics Leadership
- Develop comprehensive survey programs capturing employee experience and sentiment
- Lead a Team of experts developing Qualtrics dashboards
- Create analytics informing HR strategy and organizational initiatives
- Integrate experience data with people data platforms for holistic insights
About you
Experience & Education
- Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related discipline
- People Analytics Tenure:7+ years progressive experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or business intelligence
- Leadership Background: 3+ years successfully managing technical teams or analytics professionals
- Integration Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise system integrations and cloud data warehouse platforms
- Workday Report Writer certification (REQUIRED)
- Deep hands-on knowledge of composite reporting
- Strong expertise in Workday Prism Analytics for data integration and advanced reporting
- Mastery of advanced reporting functions and complex report structures
- Comprehensive understanding of Workday best practices for reporting
- Experience with Workday's product roadmap and emerging capabilities
- Proven ability to create complex Workday reports and solve technical challenges
- Familiarity with Visier analytics platform - Important for strategic oversight role and dashboard design capabilities
- Knowledge of Power BI would be beneficial
- Proficiency in Qualtrics platform for survey design, Snowflake cloud data warehouse platform for analytics and data management would be beneficial
