We are seeking an Operations Manager to drive operational excellence within Digital R&D’s AI Computational Sciences team. This role combines process management expertise with agile delivery practices to support both our team's day-to-day operations and facilitate the management of strategic Gen AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate both operational rigor, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability to emerging technologies.

Main Responsibilities

Agile Delivery Operations

  • Coordinate and standardize agile delivery practices across teams

  • Support teams in developing and tracking OKRs/KPIs

  • Facilitate capacity planning and resource allocation optimization

  • Drive tool optimization for Jira, Confluence, and other platforms

  • Identify and help remove operational blockers

Gen AI Guiding Coalition

  • Facilitate the implementation of a new process to support GenAI initiatives

  • Run and execute coalition rituals and workflows to ensure proper delivery of the initiatives pipeline

  • Coordinate between initiative leads and stakeholders to maintain alignment and remove blockers

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify operational opportunities across team workflows

  • Design and implement process solutions to improve team efficiency

  • Facilitate operations alignment between the team and Sanofi’s broader Digital R&D department

About You

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor Degree

  • 3-5 years of experience in process management in a scaled agile environment

  • Demonstrated track record of implementing process improvements

  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives

Preferred

  • Familiarity with data/AI product development lifecycle

  • Exposure to product management practices

  • Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PSPO)

  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities

Success Factors

  • Quick to understand existing processes and relationships

  • Proactive problem-solver with strong facilitation and coordination capabilities

  • Bridge technical AI concepts and R&D practices to effectively support the team

The salary range for this position is:

$86,100.00 - $124,366.66

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
